Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and Availability

ShieldTech supplies aftermarket electronic vehicle accessories, including start-stop eliminator modules for selected vehicles.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update pricing, or update product information at any time.

Some products may be available for preorder when they are out of stock. Preorder availability depends on the specific product and will be shown where applicable.

If a product is out of stock and not available for preorder, customers may use the available notification or contact options to request stock updates.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, compatibility information, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be completely error-free, current, or complete.

If we discover an error in pricing, stock, preorder availability, compatibility information, or product details, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or amend an order.

Vehicle Compatibility

Our products are model-specific. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product they order is suitable for their vehicle.

Each product page may include compatibility information such as vehicle make, model, and year range where applicable.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders and Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order where:

payment is not received;
product information or pricing was incorrect;
the product is unavailable;
preorder availability or timeframe was listed incorrectly;
fraud or suspicious activity is suspected;
delivery details are incomplete or invalid.

Preorders

A preorder allows you to place an order for a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to become available.

Preorder timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, import delays, customs delays, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product will not be dispatched immediately and that dispatch will only take place once stock becomes available.

If you want to cancel a preorder before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If the preorder has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel the order and process a refund.

Once a preorder has been dispatched, the normal returns and refund policy applies.

Shipping

Shipping is handled in line with our Shipping Policy.

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Preorder items are dispatched once stock becomes available.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Outlying areas may take longer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Due to the nature of electronic vehicle accessories, installed or used products cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.

Warranty

ShieldTech offers a 6-month limited product warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions and exclusions listed in our Legal Notice.

Aftermarket Product Disclaimer

ShieldTech products are aftermarket accessories. They are not manufactured, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or supplied by any vehicle manufacturer.

Vehicle brand and model names are used only to indicate compatibility.

Use of aftermarket electronics may affect manufacturer warranty coverage for related systems. Customers should confirm with their dealer or manufacturer before installation if their vehicle is still under warranty, service plan, maintenance plan, or motor plan.
