ShieldTech delivers orders across South Africa using courier delivery.

Shipping Method

We use courier delivery for orders within South Africa. Our standard shipping option is:

Dispatch Time for In-Stock Orders

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may only be processed on the next business day.

Preorder Dispatch Time

Some products may be available for preorder when they are not currently in stock. Preorder availability depends on the specific product.

If you place an order for a preorder item, the order will be dispatched once stock becomes available.

Any estimated preorder timeframe shown on the product page is an estimate only and may change due to supplier delays, import delays, courier delays, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may dispatch the full order once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged with us.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is out of stock and not available for preorder, customers may use the available notification or contact options to request stock updates.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order.

ShieldTech is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Collection

We currently do not offer local collection. All orders are shipped by courier.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders quickly, courier delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including public holidays, high delivery volumes, incorrect address details, weather, strikes, courier network delays, supplier delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
